Commercial, handicraft and industrial activities, as well as the profession of an architect, engineer, chartered accountant, business advisor, industrial property adviser and land surveyor, are subject to an authorisation of establishment.
Access to these activities is therefore compulsorily and first of all subject to obtaining an authorisation of establishment for which the fulfilment of conditions of honorability and professional qualification is required.
Even if the honorability criterion does not vary according to the activity carried out (link), the criterion of professional qualification, which is each time a specific one, must be determined for each individual activity.
