Quality Manual.

The right of establishment is a major part of the Department of the Middle Classes’ responsibilities. An estimated 9,000 files are handled year per year by the competent department, which implies the handling of thousands of administrative processes, mails, oral communications, registrations or inspections of documents.

This is an administrative procedure with a direct impact on the national economy as it concerns decisions which have a direct influence on the life of enterprises, their constitution, sale or transfer, or expansion.

In order to best meet the expectations of its clients, the Ministry of the Middle Classes, Tourism and Housing has started implementing management rules following an ISO 9001-2000 standard for its department for business authorisations.

A concern for transparency of the procedures, which goes along with this, logically will simplify administrative actions and improve its services.

In this perspective, the Minister of the Middle Classes, Tourism and Housing wished to issue the quality assurance manual which serves as a reference document for the quality policy of our Department and which is available below for consulting.
